My Training Experience
My relationship with yoga began in 2019, when I completed my 200-hour Vinyasa certification, the first step in what has become a lifelong practice and teaching path. In 2025, I traveled to Bali to deepen that foundation through a 300-hour certification in Vinyasa and Ashtanga with Yoga Union Bali. From there, I continued on to Mysore, India, the birthplace of Ashtanga yoga, to study its traditional lineage and methodology at its source.
In addition to these foundational trainings, I am certified in sound healing, meditation, and breathwork, disciplines I regularly weave into my classes to support a more grounded, embodied experience for my students. My training across these different traditions informs a teaching style that is rooted in strong technical foundations yet highly attentive to each student's individual needs.
I've had the privilege of teaching across cultures, from the United States to Thailand, India, Indonesia, and Greece. This global experience has shaped my ability to connect with students of all levels and backgrounds, adapting my teaching to meet each student where they are.
